There was no decision today although the hearing is done, combined commissions of On. and Sk. will start deliberating tomorrow. However, besides representatives of companies in dispute, two other experts that represent both provinces concluded that 1. The hostile bid does not meet the standard of "joint" or insider bid. 2. The 5% can be purchased anyhow by any whom and anonymously, the gov. official seen no issue with Aurora purchasing 5%, nonetheless, a very strong argument was made that these 5% that will be additional to 36% already locked in might make it unfair to the process. At the same time Cmed has its own 19 % of investors locked in for newstrike deal. The 105 days are new regulations rules and most likely Aurora will not get the 105 day period decreased.
All that being said, the panel was somewhat skeptical towards Cmed, lawyers did a decent job but Aurora played it well i guess.

Basically stock up, i think. Im not selling my Aurora shares. The panel might come up with the decision tomorrow and then news will hit, what they will say? I dont know. Maybe they will conclude that its an insider bit - I can't attend to that part of procedure. To my opinion the deal is happening either way. Unless Cmed can come up with a superior offer, that is better than Auroras (very unlikely). The question is when and how much money I can make out of it?
