Not sure if anyone is fully aware but this guy is scam scum, this is fact. Trust me, I'm not a basher at all and certainly not trying to "save" anyone on iscum, just stating facts. I could care less if you lose or win, we're all trading for the same outcome so good luck.

But, as said down the posts earlier look up his history. Nothing but crook work, dilution, R/S disasters and scam. I know first hand. I am currently holding still 3 mil shares stuck like glue in NOHO which he destroyed, and is now pulling some "merger" play on it with Dragon Science or some crap. And guess what, yup another big nasty R/S is on deck.

Don't take my word for it, just surf the NOHO board, read the latest filings on OTCMARKETS.COM etc etc etc.........
