SEC suspends companies when they try to contact the officers at the address provided on file who don't respond who get end up getting suspended before over to the greys. Never seen an instance where the officers filed with the SEC to inform them in the 8-K their CEO is stepping down or in the case, flushed Wayne down the drain..lol As for filings, they can always catch up and be current or can go the 15-12g route which would automatically and instantly rid themselves of any reporting regularity. Whatever happens, fairly convinced the new CEO will be on top of what deadbeat Wayne couldn't figure out and chose not to do in the last two years with more positive developments pending.
