Aside from what you said about transfer of assets.

Can't think of one shipping company that didn't go bankrupt, or come close at least. Without shareholder help more would have been casualties imo. Look at DRYS and there dilution and R/Ss, on the NASDAQ even. Blows my mind what they did there.
