we are waiting for response from Company Counsel to determine how they will work with the major shareholders to resolve the anti-fiduciary issues surrounding transfer of assets un-needed dilutions questionable transactions with 3rd parties etc that have affected the past current and future equity value of this Company that if the Company BOD and Management had exercised their Fiduciary responsibility appropriately the value of TEUFF to all common shareholders would be much higher

ie a face to face meeting in New York has been requested with the CEO by one of the major shareholders that filed 13g thru the Company Counsel

I will only tell you I am here more then just to help as I have a stake in TEUFF and my interests are fully aligned with all the common shareholders and to ensure the value to all common shareholders are enhanced by the Managements future actions

I use the term I am not a trader to refer to fact I have yet to sell a share in TEUFF and have been fully invested in it only
