A NON-EXCLUSIVE is almost like having no agreement at all!
Exclusive agreements usually cost up-front money for the privilege of taking a product off of the overall market and replacing that overall market with single a source supplier.
TAUG, IMO, has neither the money nor the infrastructure to support an exclusive to a product. They also have zero corporate depth. Their paid consultant is not "depth."
