"
What I am wondering though is if "structure and sign contracts to enable roll out in India, Indonesia and the USA." truly means they are trying to sign contracts with India when they take all of the investors over there for a field trip and such (which I dont know why they would spend the money or time to do if they didnt plan to do something that would greatly interest those investors) and India uses 1 billion tons per year which i believe they stated 400mil were imported and 600mil were harvested locally. Id think they would potentially be treating with CCTI either on half or the other or all of it (u suppose it could be just a portion). But lets say they treated only the local coal they harvested 600mil. I doubt they would invest in tech for only a year because they would want to make back their investment from modules. so 2-3 years is 1.2-1.8 billions tons. at even $1 per ton royalty what would a hypothetical deal like that do to a penny stock share price?"
