Looking at a PE of 20.

If CCTC makes 40 million (eg treats 40 million tons) it equals roughly $.28 eps (142 million outstanding). This gives a value of just over $5 a share.

Now we add in "potential" higher tonnages, well, it gets crazy.

Someone can get 200k shares for $26000 today and make $56k a year in dividends if we make .28 eps.
