Receiving their first samples of the modulators by the end of 2017 is good news. They can then test, characterize and write-up a spec sheet. Looks to be doable in Q1 2018. Hope we see some press releases along the way.

"At our last Annual Shareholder meeting, we informed you that we had engaged a packaging partner to package our modulators for prototype testing and evaluation by the end of 2017. We are happy to report that our partner has packaged and evaluated our modulators and we expect to receive our first samples by the end of 2017."
