The share discount comes from the fact that they got 2 for 1. These shares are not restricted in any way from what I can see so they can sell all the way down to $1.375 and still make money. With current volumes it's going to take a long time to exhaust their supply so expect a long gradual slide IMO. Also, I believe they will have about 3 or 4 promos in that time period so while they are selling it will be good for a few flips. Thats my early play. Hopefully by the time the selling is done I'll be riding free shares all the way to da moon. I'll be making money here either way. It's a real, legit company. Short term though I'm not expecting gains. I'm looking for a low bottom to buy in more. Also...I've been wrong on more then 1 occasion in the last 18 years of trading.
