The PR released tonight reminded me why I am invested for the LONG TERM in this company. Amfil is headed in the right direction, cant wait to see where we will be at the end of 2018! How anyone is selling right now with the possibility of taking off any day, blows my mind! Over half of the shares I have currently, have been added in the last month or 2.
One thing I love about tonight's PR is that in between all of the accomplishments that were listed from 2017, they threw some new things in there as well, IMO. Here are some of the great accomplishments that stood out to me:
GRO3 entered into discussions with a California corporation to integrate the EcoPrO3 technology into a 10-acre medical marijuana property which is in development. Don't remember hearing about this before, but could have been announced earlier this year before I started investing.
Employees now exceed 100+ Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that number is now closer to 150 if not more?
Mill Street Brewery developed Secret Alliance beer in conjunction with Snakes & Lattes to be sold exclusively at Snakes & Lattes locations. Did not know about this. That's awesome! Going to have to try some ASAP!
Snakes & Lattes receives exclusive international distribution rights to some popular game titles to South-East Asia and European markets. OVERSEAS BABY!
Snakes & Lattes partners with the Toronto District School Board, French School Board, Sick Kids Hospital & Day Camps furthering community initiatives. Love the involvement in the community!
Announced 2017 Fiscal Year End Revenues of $6,630,973 USD; Up Almost 2400% Over FYE 2016 Just to remind everyone because...AMAZING. Supposedly its actually even HIGHER per the PR audit process update.
Amfil reduces the authorized share count by 300M, from 900M down to 600M. BOOM :) They also had a 47% reduction in the OUTSTANDING share count this year also.
Snakes and Lattes provides franchising ideal rollout map and guidance on the franchise plans for the company divided into waves 1-4. Cant wait to see how many we have in the U.S. at the end of 2018!

Amfil acquires Natural Stuff Inc., Distributors of 28 Black Amongst Other Products. I think this acquisition is going to be much bigger than some people realize!

Audit process is nearing completion which kicks off the uplist, spin-off / share dividend plans previously announced. Management comprehends the expressed interest from shareholders regarding the completion of this process and assures the investment community that this process is progressing smoothly and should be completed very soon. Again, just proves to me that Amfil and its management team care about its shareholders. The audit is so close to being done I can taste it!
Big things have happened, are happening, and will continue to happen in 2018 and beyond. Cant wait to see how much Amfil will grow this year! In the meantime I'll just keep loading up shares at these CHEAP prices!
