FYI -- TD Ameritrade just updated their OS today to 3.1M. As a result, I just got a "control person restriction notice" from their Custody Operations department because I own more than 10% of the OS. Thus requiring me to file SEC form 144.

I intend to do so tomorrow, but they previously showed the OS much higher, so I was skeptical of the 3.x M OS.

This basically confirms things. At the expense of having my account restricted more of course. Argh.
