The good news is that Leolah is finally rich and famous, after selling 40 million copies of her book in advance. At $20 each I guess that means she now has $600 million and Ken has made $200 million. They are both richer than Whitney and Bobby ever were.

The only weird thing is that the number of visits to the ordering page - which seems only way to get it, not available in book stores - looks to be less than one per cent that figure. Guess there's some big bulk orders.
