Would not be a merger with EP Energy as it's already publicly traded on the NYSE (NYSE:EPE), however, it could be an acquisition of the AIKO shell for the purposes of a EPE subsidiary spin off.

Again though it's just speculation based on the AIKO Registrant phone number having just been changed to that of EP Energy's Headquarters.
