I didnt get any of the 1.05s, just the 1.88s thinking i could just add more the next day... but then the ask was like 3.87 and then 5.37 or something like that and now i think its off LOL

Not my cup of tea. I'd just play it and exit.

It's only an empty shell today.
It all depends on what comes in.

I do wish Belisarian would issue themselves some massive conversion p-shares and return their 4m back into treasury.
Have a clean O/S that mirrors the float.

They also like to get a special preferred class that equals 2% of the O/S regardless where it's at once converted.
Most in here have held many dozens of shells over the years. It's all about what comes in.

Change of control news was always good for a few 100% to exit and decide if you want to go long.

I tried to grab some 1.05s but was too slow, or rather Fidelity was being weird and told me my 1.05 order was too far away from the last trade, which was 1.05…so I missed them. Oh well. Keeping an eye on this one.

Only thing that sucks about these is you can't get any shares. BID sitting is a long term test of patience. Like today.

The 6 series A p-shares is only 60% of the vote, no share conversion. Thats the control block.

Prime for a good solid R/M
Belisrian is not going to let this go to some hot winded play. They want the 4m to be worth the big banger.
