I agree with you 100%. There is a 110% chance that our "current CEO" (that's his new name by the way) would screw up a legitimate R/S. In fact he basically screws up everything. He took more than a decade to receive FDA Clearance for knee & foot, after the FDA had already cleared our medical device for EYE and Breast post surgery. So he ain't a smart guy...more like Forrest, Forrest Gump.
Don't allow this current CEO to do ANYTHING more, short of leaving the company...and even then make sure he didn't steal the Red Swingline stapler off his desk. Just let him leave with his head held very low and in absolute shame for what he has done/not done for this fine technology and for his extreme ineptness, carelessness, recklessness and corruption within a publicly traded company.
I say good bye and don't trip over the fax machine cord on the way out the door!
