CEO to submit filings this week to go current!

today announced that it has nearly completed more than two years of financial statements and other related documents necessary to complete its listing upgrade to pink current status on OTC Markets.

Today UCL is finishing its financial statements and initial disclosure document as required by OTC Markets in order to complete the upgrade of its stock listing to pink current information status. UCL expects to be able to file these documents, pending legal review, in the next week or so. At such time UCL will immediately reschedule its shareholder conference call to review its current projects and ventures as summarized below:
