I agree. .extension is positive. I mean it's a few months or weeks is not a big deal. They clearly dont want to let the deal slip.

Time to sign a deal before they lose their leases. Oil is up from where it was last yr...so everything is moving in the right direction. Just patience...I mean more than we already have i suppose.
