Not exactly a ringing endorsement for going long here...Apparently the company management agrees with you and is willing to part with 170 million common shares for this purchase...Apparently the other company agrees with you too as they are not opening their arms to the deal....

Make no mistake a 170 million share dilution is going to hit the PPS right in the family jewels...

Interesting historical note...When Rockefeller was buying up all the oil companies to establish Standard Oil...He always borrowed and paid cash for the companies...He never parted with Standard's stock...
