This is the current reality... until it isn’t. Rocket’s point is that there are any number of things that could spark a run even without the audits complete.

Lets say for example that you choose to share Amfils story on Facebook, and some random friend shares it. But this random friend of yours is connected, and his friend, who has serious moolah checks AMFE out. Audits may not be complete yet, but this guy/gal fell in love with the company and decided to invest $1 million bucks... all on the ask. What do you think would happen to the stock price then?
