Yes, this is clear manipulation and that is giving us the last opportunity to get shares this cheap. The private placement is at $2.75 and I am sure the underwriter will not want it to go below that price once they close or they will look pretty bad to their investors as the broker who lost their clients money on a Canadian MJ stock!
