The list of polluters is long and penetration is still in early stages. We are all guilty to some degree. I felt pretty yucky in my old job knowing that my company was flaring in excess of 1 BCF/D off W. Africa while a majority of the local population did not have running water or electricity. I don't know the numbers currently but I am sure it is still happening although at a lesser extent.
