You say this raise is a max of $5 million but from the PR today:
“The maximum aggregate amount of this Offering is anticipated to be approximately 5.5 million shares of Series B Preferred.”

5.5m x $2.30 = $12.6m

No? Do I have it wrong?
Also that’s 55m shares of common it would be converted to, which is about 15% dilution. Plus those pesky warrants? Ugh.

Who are these investors that were calling and demanding to be a part of the last financing? Why do they want to invest so badly? And they can’t sell for six months?
