Lol! Wrong amounts

Seems they were really in a hurry. Page 7/34, paragraph 6 says that BSTN will reissue to Yaniv the amount of $1,000,000 (not $750,000)

Man these guys have other issues in their minds, hope this is all done for the expansion of their fleet!
