Seth could have bought this offering himself but instead put it into TAUG.
Of course it is a hell of a lot easier to use other people's money on seriously risky investments! For vivid proof check Seth Shaw's TAUG history!

I wouldn't be surprised if he guaranteed TAUG against losses.
Yeah right! And yes, there is a tooth fairy! The shareholders seem to have missed the part where Shaw guaranteed anything, other than BS touting "extensive due diligence", as it related to ITL, Pilus, GNIN, Breathe, Eishens, etc.
