Approximately 57.1% of the subjects in the trial were taking Prurisol and approxmately 42.9% of the subjects were taking placebos.

So if he saw a 40% achieving PASI 75, then appoximately 65 to 70% of subjects taking Prurisol would have achieved the Primary endpoint of PASI 75.

So Otezla Extreem 1 & 2 resulted in a placebo PASI 75 of around 5.5%. As a trial sponsor you get a blinded case reports showing an overall PASI 75 rate of say ... 40%...what do you think? Possibly the drug is efficacious. Would you expand trial sites? What number do you think frugal Leo needed to see? He saw something, or there would not have been a site expansion early last summer.
