Hardly! On 16 August DISA allowed SFOR IP to be used at the invitation only DOD contractor simulated cyber attack exercise in D.C. That defensive software first had to get past the gate keeper, the DOD CIO office, then MITRE, then US Cyber Command. Relisten carefully to the ACS presentation to hear about this. The POTUS only signed off on the HR DOD Appropriations Bill last month but funding has not been authorized by Congress yet.
