When I applied for my liquor license my building had to be about 95% complete,,,several pics of it were to accompany the application,,,then the inspector had to come visit ,,,then there were different types of license to acquire,,,by the drink,,,package,,retail,and so on ,,,then the city had to approve the license ,,,if the city did not want another license, it really got hard at that point to get one,,,although they probably visited the city for their input long ago,,,,the big thing was the building being almost complete before being able to apply,,,and then several weeks of waiting
