Not only is this company NOT "scamming" or "hurting" anyone, they are doing the exact opposite:
Oncolix Inc (ONCX) is developing a targeted therapeutic protein, Prolanta™ for the treatment of ovarian, breast, and other cancers.

Last time I checked, saving lives was a noble cause.
