I've seen products that are available before the official release. Retail is a weird beast. Anyway, I got mine yesterday.

I also think it's odd that them sharing profits (50/50) according to the release and then your statement:

ALL THE MONEY FROM AN ICE+JAM HERMAN WEB PURCHASE BELONGS TO ICE+JAM.


But maybe that's just me...
