Can we review some facts?

1. Nobody in Nevada is legally able to sell recreational cannabis till Jan 1 2018.

Thus no competitor os ahead OF anyone.

2. Only medical dispensaries can sell recreational till early spring till recreational dispensaries are announced.

Thus no recreational dispensaries will really fire up till late 2018.

3. Medical sales - this will increase based on new laws of delivery and reciprocal laws.

Thus- each person has to be set up so this is a ground game like all will have to deal with. Medical sales in Nevada is dismal at best because to get a med card is like getting a ride on a UFO.

THUS- Stream line registration processes need to be deployed.

WeedTv- we all have no idea what the Comcast settlement is but one key issue was over VOD- Video on Demand. VOD is what EVERYONE needs to enter television sets.

Internet streaming does not.

Thus one would need to assume if the courts through out the dismissal and trial would have started in Feb as a jury trial the 150 mil liability on unfair trade practises does not help acquisitions.

So lets assume fact there was a settlement on a 150 mil case that was set for a jury trial where comcast clearly violated the law or courts would have dismissed it.

So give the guys who started MTV and Nickelodeon and you got guys who know VOD very well.

You can judge every company with pumping or hype must like tesla who yet to make money.

However this company is all about TV and interaction.
