the issue is that the elite have made sure that they didnt come forward so their profits would be hindered.

tesla had free energy. JP Morgan made sure it stopped. he was financing tesla'a findings until it would step on his money returns.

once people get the economics out of the way, the world can change. you mention the worlds addiction, yet the world can only use what they are allowed to use or are given. so its not their fault.

its all driven by a few at the top.

remove them and you have the change you speak of.

don't remove them, and they dictate everything that happens. including the end of the civilization they are part of.
