Are long-term shareholders valued and appreciated by the company?

By next Friday(12/22), the following can be determined.
- Christmas present given to Anavex employees including Missling with stock options at strikingly LOW share price which is good for them.
- Christmas present given to Anavex long-term shareholders? (Some great news to boost Stock Share Price so that shareholders can take some profit vs. no news with continuous bleeding down stock price below $3)

If Missling REALLY cares about long-term shareholders, then he wouldn't let the stock price bleeding down like this and take 400K stock options for himself.

We will find out soon.
