Well, this company had some real promise and possibility until this damn management team screwed it up. It did not start out as a scam. Mr. Bayliss has a stellar reputation. You don't sit on the board he sits on with clearance if you are a snake oil salesman or a rip off artist. I'm sure that is why many of us invested...the timing was right, the product at that time, early entrant into the market, was a sound business idea and we are all sick of paying large cable companies for what? 100+ per month of a handful of channels we watch?

No this company was moving right along till it got derailed by the current management team, two people in particular. My opinion. But just go back and read the history of this board. Not a typical "pink" scam company, at least at the start. What it is now...well I won't say in polite company. The question is, why did they derail it? Anyone want to venture a guess? I have my own ideas. Would love to be proven wrong but when people don't answer phones, emails, when a phone number on the website doesn't work and care isn't taken to fix it, when the supposed lead debt holder goes AWOL, then its not funny any more. And the SEC will also not think it is funny. Timely filings are not worth the paper they are printed on if there is false information in them. Ditto with press releases.
