Think about it

A mine that’s 105 miles from the bay and has 2 small arteries connected to it
Is safer than the mass fishing operation and big Japanese business there now

Interesting
I had not approached this Investment that way
But rather a few wealthy land holders who are afraid any change they can not control would damage their livelihood
