Agreed regarding not having all the facts yet

. This is a learning process for most of us. Early on I sensed M. had regular AHHHHAAA moments and was OK w/telling us(sort of)...example, the whole "tip of the iceberg moment" . That struck me as genuine and honest. IMO, he changed his style about the time of the MS MTA BIIB experience. That story is still not known and hangs as a cloud over an otherwise pretty believable development cycle.(IMO). I remember his throw away comment when asked about MS-BIIB at one conf.session. I took it as he was unhappy(body language) and did not want to get into any details but it was still alive. Has any micro Bio ever had a positive experience w/BIIB? Do not know but so far it ain't looking that way.

My view is we need to get the Rett trial started/done. And we need disposition (one way or another around MS/BIIB). AD trials will build on itself, particulary if the Rett work validates the Homeostasis thesis. If that happens then we go nuclear.

And lastly. I do believe we have BTD based on the CNS Restore/Regen properties of the AXXX field of compounds. My belief is based on personal experience while conducting/witnessing a breakthrough...you know one when you see it.
