The Toxic Finance
The Debt
The Crumbling PPS
The past Execs Lawsuits
The hiring of boiler room scam promoters (SmallCrapVoice)
The Payments to Board Members
The delays


Smart Money bailed so long ago and future money will be selling ONCX in the sub penny ranges
