Hey guys. Just checking in. Like what I am seeing on posts. Now we are making sense. A few updates I have..1. Roc Monee will be doing three tour dates with G Unit star Lloyd banks in October in NJ including one in Atalantic City at Club True. 2. Giorgio said he was very pleased with how Rocs album is shaking out so far. Here is some insight -Universal will only ship xxx ammount of units for a new artist. Two reasons for this are that they take the risk on manufacturing dollars and they would also want RMDG or any other company to be in the "positive" as we say. Not owing them money for pressing to the point where they receive nothing in their statement period. This is no problem for RMDG however. Uni typically turns out a full pressing order in 48 hours and can get it shipped out within the next 24 if needed. I saw some of you looking at Rocs stats on Amazon. Although this is not the best retailer to benchmark his numbers with, expect those stats to grow temporarily and then slightly decline. Amazon is an online only point of sales untit. As Rocs album grows in profile and popularity more of the traditional stores like Target and wallmart may pick up the title and the stores that have it now will increase stock by adding more units each time they order. What I am trying to say is as they penetrate the market it will be easier and easier to go to any music retailor and cop the album. Also! Look out for major news on RHN and RMDG. I know Giorgio was in New york meeting with a major cable distribution company last week. I just dont have any details on that. And lastly, keep up the good work here.
