You are probably correct in that they will reverse merger. They should have been more careful with the language or in this case more specific or even more vague would have worked.

I think everyone is just on edge to be finally done with mdmn the pink sheet stock and all the baggage and soap opera that came with it. Officially being on board the Auryn Bus that is a public, profitable, and in aggressively pursuit of JV partners for the porphyry targets will take on a whole different feel compared to an amateur group of incompetents that was good at talking but not producing.

It certainly doesn't help the tension that only a few weeks remain in the 4th qtr and its crickets. The Jannas and Silitoe work/reports were likely precursors needed to bring on a major(s) and/or midtier(s). The snails pace of the mining industry is frustrating but the mere notion that Auryn has engaged individuals of this caliber and networked at the mining expose etc is leaps and bounds beyond anything medinah was ever capable of.

I do think that this investment has the potential to make fireworks and we are closer than ever before now that respected professionals are involved in moving this project/investment forward. The cleanup of medinah was messy but I really think this is a nice buying opportunity as I doubt Auryn has been sitting on their hands this whole time. They have likely been using the Silitoe and Jannas work to negotiate contracts that will likely be announced after they have successfully gone public. JMO
