thanks I havent been posting like I could either

I have alot on my plater right now ...not with food , but with family

even today, my brother-in-law is in the hospital for surgery for

diverticulitis

I should be active soon, I love food, and my wife is an amazing cook, so I will post some pics soon...

All be well, and of course eat well too!!
