It appears you were right. Was the stock manipulated in order to, for instance, sell Dec 15 $20 covered calls?

On the other hand, I wonder if we are down because of CHMP recommending Herzuma, though the market must have expected it.

"One biosimilar medicine was recommended for approval by the Committee: Herzuma (trastuzumab), for the treatment of breast and gastric cancer."
