I emailed Dufort and he answered acouple questions.

1) With rumored new management coming in, will you still be involved with IDGC?
answer: Probably one of the subs, but not operationally.

2) How will these sub companies effect shareholders and share structure?
Answer: They are structured as a BDC 1940 Act Company
