Peter Barnes 'sitting' in a virtual office in New York set up the company in the UK yesterday (incorporated 12/14/17) and sent $400,000 (PO) to a sub penny limited information pink sheet company in Arizona.

That is FAKE to me.





FERN also has a consultant that was issued 1,000,000 (one million) preferred shares that convert into 10,000,000,000 (TEN BILLION) common shares.

That is REAL.



FERN also changed their par value from $0.001 to $0.0001, a 10 fold increase. That par value was attached to convertible notes as the convert factor. BOOM!

That is REAL.
