My answer is that I have no idea based on the public records that were dug up. But, that doesn't mean there isn't or hasn't been anything important and or valuable done by these board members, as we are not privy to board meetings or specifically what they have done behind closed doors.... My brother is on the board of a very big company and one of the board members that my brother isn't overly impressed with from a business ability standpoint has connections in government and business through his name (family) and has brought tremendous contract revenue to the company simply through his contacts.... So the simple answer from my standpoint is I don't know either way.
