Seth did not "blow thorough" anything
OH REALLY? How about trying to explain how 2 BILLION ADDITIONAL Outstanding Shares amounts to "not blowing through anything"! Attorney fees was of course another big number! Or were the attorneys working pro bono? Plus this doesn't even mention all of the other big bills, i.e. valuation experts, etc.

APPARENTLY THIS LITANY OF SUBSTANTIAL OUTLAYS IS BEING EQUATED TO NOTHING! WELCOME TO SETH SHAW'S WORLD!!!
