Strange that IDCC is authorized to buy back up to 500 million dollars
worth of stock as of September 14 2017.


Using the stock price of todays close of $74.25 the company could buy

back 6.7 million shares. That would more than cover the shares they will

be getting as a bonus. My opinion IDCC should not allow this manipulation

and step up and buy stock every day between now and year end. I think the

officers will be getting based on today price around 207.00 million worth

of stock. Now if that is not a good job I don't know what is?
