How would you know if I was against the settlement? You are 100 percent wrong, no surprise there though.

Maybe you should call Seth and the BOD and ask. Would I have liked a jury trial, sure. So would Seth. But when the trial date was moved Seth and the Board had to weigh the additional costs, the possibility of another delay and the opportunities that TAUG had.

The right choice was made and TAUG should have a great year in 2018
