I was in a penny stock a few years ago that was a TOTAL SCAM...no product at all and nothing...zilch....just talk and one false PR after another. This went on for almost 3 years. Local news and dozens of people including FBI and SEC are all over this guy, but as of yet, NO TRIAL AND NO JAIL TIME FOR HIM!!! He made out with hundreds of millions of peeps money. He keeps rolling along.
An article was written about him titled, CORK SCREWED. After that scam, he opened up a fake movie studio or rather told lie after lie, but never built anything.
