Don't forget to factor in the discount the note holders receive...that always use to screw me up when I thought I had a handle on what was and how much more was to be converted.

Most likely they are probably only able to convert a certain percentage of shares daily based on volume...I haven't read the filings here so I'm not sure what the terms are
