That points to the idea that Validian was never meant to be a silver bullet. In fact, they're not even aiming at the same target. There will always be a need for other forms of cyber security, but they don't focus on the protection of data. They focus on the protection of networks and applications. The reason Validian is innovative is that it addresses the protection of data. Nobody else has been able to effectively adopt that philosophy.
